TORTUGA/ ISLAND & CURU REFUGE ( Wildlife National Refuge)
A trip to Tortuga Island, in the Gulf of Nicoya, means a relaxing day on a white sand beach under a coconut tree. Transfers are by boat from the coast. Program: BBQ, snorkeling and relaxation. In return you will have the opportunity to visit the Curú Wildlife National Refuge, located south of the town of Paquera. Thousands of crabs and hermit crabs have taken up residence here. You can go hiking in the middle of the banana plantations and meet at the bend of a path, howler and white face monkeys, sloths, turtles and more than a hundred species of birds that inhabit the region.
